Booking Information
In High (Peak) and Medium seasons the property is available on a weekly basis commencing Sundays. In Low (Off-Peak) season the property is also available for mid-week breaks and long weekends at £70 a night for a minimum of 3 nights. We cannot currently offer any bookings in the months of December, January or February.

Terms and Conditions
A deposit of 30% is payable on booking. The remainder is payable 6 weeks prior to arrival, as is a refundable deposit of £100.00 to cover the cost of any replacement or repair. All heating, electricity, use of bedlinen and towels are included in the price for up to 7 people. There is a supplementary charge of £30.00 per person per booking for parties of more than 7. Cleaning: the house will be tidy and clean for your arrival. For departure we request that you either take the cleaning charge option of £60.00 for a cleaning service, or take the self-clean option.
Please respect our "No Smoking", “No Pets” and "No Loud Music" policies - we have kind and peace-loving French neighbours and would like to keep them.
High - £615 per week
Medium - £495 per week
Low - £395 per week (£70 per night, minimum 3 nights)
